SBV approves Policy Handbook for Housing Finance Project funded by ADB

The Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Decision No.1905/QD-NHNN dated September 8, 2017 approving the Policy Handbook for Housing Finance Project funded by ADB.
This Decision took into effect from September 15, 2017 and replaced previous decisions of the SBV Governor on the approval of the Policy Handbook for Housing Finance Project. The revision and supplement of this Policy Handbook would be decided by the SBV Governor.
In terms of credit contracts signed prior to the effective date of the Policy Handbook promulgated with this Decision, credit institutions and customers continue to implement contents of the signed credit contracts in accordance with laws which are effective at the time of signing those contracts or revised agreement in line with this Policy Handbook./.
