Signing Ceremony of Credit Loan Agreement for the Project on Renovation and Capacity Expansion of the Water Supply System in Cao Bang

On December 26, 2025, in Cao Bang, the Vietnam Development Bank (VDB) – Bac Dong Bac Regional Branch organized the signing ceremony of a State Investment Credit loan agreement for the implementation of the Project on Renovation and Capacity Expansion of the Water Supply System (the Project) in Nuoc Hai Town, Hoa An District with Cao Bang Water Supply Single-Member Limited Liability Company.

From 16–20 November 2025, CEO of the Vietnam Development Bank (VDB), Mr. Dao Quang Truong and the VDB delegation attended the Annual Meeting 2025 of the Asian EXIM Banks Forum (AEBF), held in Kochi and Kumarakom, Kerala, India.
