VDB participates in business activities within the framework of the National Assembly Chairman's working delegation to Italy and Turkey

From April 12 to 18, 2026, the working delegation of Vietnam Development Bank (VDB) led by Deputy General Director Nguyen Long Van participated in business activities within the framework of the National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man’s working delegation to Italy and Turkey.

Signing of the Credit Agreement for the Ninh Binh - Hai Phong Expressway Construction Investment project

On April 17, 2026, in Hanoi, Vietnam Development Bank (VDB) – Hung Yen Branch, in coordination with Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and development of Vietnam (BIDV) and Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Agribank), held a signing ceremony of the Credit Agreement for the Ninh Binh - Hai Phong Expressway Construction Investment project, the section passing through Nam Dinh and Thai Binh provinces. The project is implemented under the public-private partnership (PPP) model, and Nam Dinh – Thai Binh Expressway Investment Joint Stock Company (Nam Dinh – Thai Binh JSC) as the investor.

Signing of credit agreement for financing The Dong Tam water plant's raw water pumping Station and transmission pipeline system project

On April 13, 2026, in Dong Thap province, Vietnam Development Bank (VDB) – Dong Thap Branch and DNP – Song Tien Raw Water Co., Ltd. (DNP Song Tien) held a signing ceremony of a credit agreement to finance state investment capital for The Dong Tam water Plant’s raw Water pumping station and transmission pipeline system project.

SIGNING CEREMONY OF CREDIT AGREEMENTS FOR FINANCING TWO POWER PROJECTS OF EVNNPT

On April 1, 2026, in Da Nang, Vietnam Development Bank (VDB) – Da Nang branch and the National power transmission corporation (EVNNPT) signed credit agreements to finance two power grid projects.

VDB - TRANSACTION OFFICE II AND DICERA HOLDINGS SIGN COOPERATION AGREEMENT ON STATE INVESTMENT CREDIT FINANCING

On March 12, 2026, in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam Development Bank – Transaction Office II (VDB.TOII) and DICERA Holdings Joint Stock Company signed a cooperation agreement on State investment credit financing for the 2026–2031 period. The event marks an important step toward unlocking policy capital for key infrastructure and social welfare projects.
