VDB CEO Dao Quang Truong Attends AEBF Annual Meeting 2025 in India

From 16–20 November 2025, CEO of the Vietnam Development Bank (VDB), Mr. Dao Quang Truong and the VDB delegation attended the Annual Meeting 2025 of the Asian EXIM Banks Forum (AEBF), held in Kochi and Kumarakom, Kerala, India. This event was themed “Samrd’dhi Sutra (Guide to Prosperity): Empowering Connections Through a Shared Vision for Regional Prosperity,” highlighting the importance of collaboration in fostering a common vision for sustainable growth across the region.

From November 16 to 24, 2025, the working delegation of Vietnam Development Bank (VDB) led by Deputy General Director Le Van Nam participated in business activities within the framework of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh’s official visit to Algeria and attending the G20 Summit and bilateral activities in South Africa.

VDB - Son La Branch signs credit agreement for Nam Pan 6 Hydropower Project

On November 14, 2025, the Vietnam Development Bank (VDB) – Son La Branch held a signing Ceremony for the Agreement of Investment credit loan to finance VND 138.9 billion for the Nam Pan 6 Hydropower Project.

VDB AND AQUA ONE SIGN COOPERATION AGREEMENT ON STATE INVESTMENT CREDIT FINANCING

On November 4, 2025, in Hanoi, the Vietnam Development Bank (VDB) and Aqua One Joint Stock Company (Aqua One Group) held a Signing Ceremony of the Cooperation Agreement on State investment credit financing. The event marked a significant milestone in the strategic partnership between the two organizations, aiming to promote infrastructure investment, clean energy development, and sustainable economic growth.
