VDB meets and works with Assistant Minister of Investment of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Within the framework of the official visit to the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam from 3 to 5 September 2025 by H.E. Dr. Abdullah bin Ali Al-Dubaikhi, Assistant Minister of Investment of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, on 4 September 2025, at VDB headquarters, Mr. Le Van Hoan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of VDB, held a meeting with H.E. Dr. Abdullah bin Ali Al-Dubaikhi and the accompanying delegation.

VDB Transaction Office II Signs Credit Agreement to Finance Viên An Wind Power Plant
On August 22, 2025, Transaction Office II of the Vietnam Development Bank (VDB) held a signing ceremony for a credit agreement with Vien An Ca Mau Energy One Member Limited Liability Company to finance the Vien An Wind Power Plant Project. The ceremony was attended by representatives of VDB Headquarters, Transaction Office II, and Viên An Ca Mau Energy Company.

Ha Giang Branch of VDB Signs State Investment Credit Contract
On August 19, 2025, the Ha Giang Branch of the Vietnam Development Bank (VDB) signed a credit contract with HLC Energy Joint Stock Company to provide state investment credit for the HuaBe Hydropower Project. The total loan amount under the signed contract is VND 270,000 million, with a maximum loan term of 19 years.
