Signing of the Credit Contract for the Dau Giay - Tan Phu Expressway. Strategic Cooperation Agreement between VDB, Son Hai Group, and Truong Hai Group

On September 30, 2025, at the headquarters of Truong Hai Group (Thaco Group), Vietnam Development Bank (VDB) – Dak Lak Branch, Son Hai Group, and Truong Hai Group held a signing ceremony for the credit contract to finance the Dau Giay – Tan Phu Expressway. Within the framework of this event, VDB also signed a strategic cooperation agreement on credit financing for projects to be implemented by Truong Hai Group and Son Hai Group during the 2025–2030 period.

Signing of State Investment Credit Agreement for Ban Moi Hydropower Plant

On September 25, 2025, Vietnam Development Bank (VDB) – Hue Branch held a signing ceremony for State investment credit agreement with Dong Tien Hydropower Joint Stock Company to finance the construction of the Ban Moi Hydropower Plant, with a total loan amount of VND 123 billion.

On September 22, 2025, the Vietnam Development Bank (VDB) – Tuyen Quang Branch held a branch opening ceremony, cooperation agreement signing, and credit contract signing to finance state investment credit.

On September 12, 2025, Vietnam Development Bank (VDB) – Ca Mau Branch held a ceremony to sign a credit contract with Minh Anh Import Export Trading Construction Development Investment Corporation to finance the Long Duc Industrial Park Social Housing Project.

On August 28th, 2025 a signing ceremony was held in Can Tho for a State investment credit financing agreement between Vietnam Development Bank (VDB) - Can Tho Regional Branch and Tan Hoan Cau Thanh Phu Joint Stock Company.
