On September 4th, 2018, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued License No. 85/GP-NHNN authorizing the establishment of representative office for The Senshu Bank Limited.

Accordingly, the SBV Governor allowed the Senshu Ikeda Bank, Ltd., a Japanese bank headquartered in Osaka, Japan to establish its representative office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Its operational duration is 5 years.
The Senshu Ikeda Bank, Ltd. - Ho Chi Minh City Representative Office is allowed to perform following operations: to function as a liaison office; market research; promote investment projects of the Senshu Ikeda Bank, Ltd. in Viet Nam; promote and monitor the implementation of contracts, agreements signed between the Senshu Ikeda Bank, Ltd. with Vietnamese credit institutions, enterprises and projects sponsored by the Senshu Ikeda Bank, Ltd. in Vietnam; other activities in accordance with the provisions of Vietnamese laws.
During the operations, Ho Chi Minh City Representative Office of the Senshu Ikeda Bank, Ltd. must comply with the laws of Vietnam.
License No. 85/GP-NHNN took effect from the date of signing./.
