Mr. Nguyen Van Ngoc , Deputy Secretary of the Central business sector Party, Mr.Nguyen Tien Trung , Head of Government officials Department, Ministry of Home Affairs, members of VDB’s Board of Management and Board of Director, key personnel of VDB’s departments, VDB’s Operation Center I, VIDIFI have attended the ceremony .
Upon the authorization by the Minister of Home affairs, Mr Nguyen Tien Trung has read the Decision No 1989/QD-TTg issued by the Prime Minister on the appointment of Mr. Tran Ba Huan, former VDB’s Acting General Director to be now officially member of VDB’s Management Board, VBD’s General Director.
Mr. Nguyen Quang Dung , exVDB’s General Director and presently Acting Chairman of Board of Management congratulated the new General Director for the Prime Minister’s trust and assignment to lead the VDB system; he believed that his successor would make great effort to promote the creativity , to overcome difficulties , so as to implement VDB development Strategy to 2020 with a Vision to 2030 in compliance with Decision No. 369/2013 / QD dated February 28, 2013 by Prime Minister to come true, affirming VDB’s role as a tool of Government, contributing to sustainable socio-economic development of the country.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Tran Ba Huan expressed his thanks to agencies, Ministries and industries for their support and coordination to VDB. He promised to implement effectively VDB’s development strategy in order to deserve with the trust of Prime Minister , Ministries, sectors , VDB leaders as well as its all staff./.
