Greetings from Manila!
On behalf of the ADFIAP Chairman and the Board of Directors, the general membership and the Secretariat here in Manila, I wish to formally express my utmost gratitude to you, your Board and management team as well as your staff at the Vietnam Development Bank (VDB) for graciously hosting the 38th ADFIAP Annnual Meeting  in Nha Trang on May 13-15, 2015. Thank you too for extending to all of us your warm hospitality and kindness during our brief but very pleasant stay there.
We trully appriciate your kind support and frienship in making us “feel at home” in Nha Trang. Kindly extend also our sincere thanks to VDB General Director, Mr.Tran Ba Huan; VDB Director, International Cooperation Department, Mr.Tran Tu Cat; and members of  the VDB organizing committee, Messrs.Nguyen Duc Nam; Nguyen Hoang Hai and Ms. Tran Thi Nhu Trang as well as many others, who we are unable to name here. They have indeed made our visit to Nha trang and other places there, a very exciting and memorable experience.
