The Japanese Government has provided a non-refundable aid of US$344,810 for four projects in the provinces of Hung Yen, Binh Dinh and Quang Ngai.
The signing ceremony of the aid was held on March 28 at the Japanese Embassy in Ha Noi.
The project is aimed at building two primary schools in the northern province of Hung Yen, a health center and a primary school in the southern provinces of Quang Ngai and Binh Dinh.
Japanese Ambassador to Viet Nam Jun Yanagi expected that these projects will help children born in rural areas get access to a better learning environment and local people live stronger and happier thanks to receiving fundamental health care services.
