The US$223.87 million project will be implemented over five years in the northern provinces of Ha Giang, Vinh Phuc and the central province of Thua Thien-Hue.
The project targets to improve and expand traffic networks and infrastructure in the three provinces and generate a driving force for urban development in commerce, services and tourism in order to generate income and better living conditions for participating provinces.
The main scopes of the project include developing urban areas’ traffic networks, building and upgrading infrastructure, improving drainage and environmental hygiene conditions, and building sewage treatment systems in favor of socio-economic development./.
