The meeting aims to enhance fruitful and extensive relationship between KEXIM and VDB as well as developing potential for Public Private Partnership supporting and financing for energy and environment projects.
At the meeting, both two parties highly appreciates efficient coordination under the Memorandum of Understanding signed between KEXIM and VDB, and Knowledge Sharing Program (KSP) signed between MOF Vietnam and MOFS Korea. To continue on with the success of KSP, Vice Present of KEXIM expresses the interest to cooperate with VDB in PPP and ODA financing for private sector.
General Director Nguyen Quang Dung acknowledges the sharing and supporting of knowledge and professionalism from KEXIM to VDB, therefore, looking forward to the further development of KSP. For PPP area, VDB’s General Director is willing to receive support from KEXIM to contribute for the promotion of PPP in Vietnam under the applicable laws and regulations of Vietnam.
For Korean ODA financing for private sector through VDB, General Director commits to assisting KEXIM when implementing in reality.
Through the meeting, KEXIM and VDB look forward to enhancing coordination chances in the furture between the two banks in specific, at the same time, contributing to the prosperity of relationship between Korea and Vietnam in general.
