VDB confirmed to meet conditionality for providing forex services

The Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Document No. 8108/NHNN-TTGSNH on December 10, 2012 to confirm that the Vietnam Development Bank (VDB) has met condititonality for providing foreign exchange services.
Accordingly, the VDB has met conditionality for providing the following operations: (i) Mobilization, lending and guaranty in foreign currencies in various forms set by the SBV; and (ii) Domestic and remittance and settlements in foreign currencies;
The VDB is responsible for strictly complying with the applicable laws and other relevant legal texts.
