Attending the signing ceremony were Provincial Party Committee member and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Ngoc Phuc, along with leaders of relevant departments and agencies, the Vietnam Development Bank, Agribank, and other partners and investors.
According to the contract, VDB - Lam Dong Branch is providing a loan of VND 4,978 billion for the project. This capital supplements the financial resources for the implementation of the Bao Loc - Lien Khuong expressway, one of the province's key transportation projects.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr. Pham Duong Linh, a member of the Board of Directors of VDB, said that the bank will continue to support the investor throughout the project implementation process. VDB will coordinate with relevant parties, promptly exchange information, and address any difficulties or obstacles that arise, contributing to ensuring the smooth implementation of the project.
According to Mr. Linh, for large-scale transportation infrastructure projects, coordination between banks, investors, and relevant authorities is crucial, especially in addressing emerging issues. VDB hopes that the commitments made at the signing ceremony will be concretized through substantive and effective cooperation between all parties.
Representing the consortium of investors, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Nghi, Deputy General Director of T&T Group and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the project enterprise, assessed that the signing of the credit agreement is an important milestone in the implementation of the Bao Loc - Lien Khuong expressway.
This also represents significant financial support for a project that is important for transportation connectivity and socio -economic development in Lam Dong and the surrounding region.
Bao Loc - Lien Khuong Expressway BOT Joint Stock Company is committed to fully complying with all conditions and obligations under the agreement, effectively utilizing credit funds; and ensuring resources according to schedule, focusing on construction in accordance with regulations, quality, safety and efficiency.
The Bao Loc - Lien Khuong expressway project is one of three components of the Dau Giay - Lien Khuong expressway. The project is approximately 73.6 km long, with a total investment of over 17,700 billion VND under the PPP (Public-Private Partnership) model.
The project commenced on June 29, 2025, and is expected to be completed and put into operation in the fourth quarter of 2027. The project investors include three companies: T&T Infrastructure Investment and Development Co., Ltd. (a member of T&T Group ), Phuong Trang Investment Joint Stock Company (FUTA Group), and Phuong Thanh Transportation Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company./.
