VDB -Tuyen Quang Branch Signs Credit Agreement to Finance Mixed-Use High-Rise Building Project

On August 8, 2026, Vietnam Development Bank (VDB) – Tuyen Quang Branch signed a credit agreement with SaPa Lao Cai Investment and Development Joint Stock Company.
The agreement provides state investment credit for the mixed-use high-rise building project, with a total loan value of VND 300 billion and a maximum term of 8 years and 8 months.
Located in Cam Duong Ward, Lao Cai Province, the project is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2026 and aims to create jobs for local workers, increase state budget revenues, and contribute to the local socio-economic development./.
