VDB - Tuyen Quang Branch signs VND 394 billion State investment credit loan Agreement

On July 3, 2026, the Vietnam Development Bank (VDB) – Tuyen Quang Branch held a signing ceremony for credit agreements with project investors in the province. The following agreements were signed:
VDB – Tuyen Quang Branch and 888 Yen Bai Forestry Company Limited (Lao Cai Province) signed a credit agreement to provide State Investment Credit financing for the Phu Thinh 2 Industrial Cluster Technical Infrastructure Construction Investment Project. The project involves the development and operation of the industrial cluster's technical infrastructure, providing a foundation for investors to expand production and business activities, create jobs, and contribute to the State budget. Under the credit agreement, VDB will provide a loan of VND 394 billion.
VDB – Tuyen Quang Branch and Hiep Phu Company Limited (Tuyen Quang Province) signed a cooperation agreement on the provision of State Investment Credit financing for the company's investment projects that are eligible for State Investment Credit loans and satisfy the lending requirements stipulated in Decree No. 78/2023/ND-CP dated November 7, 2023, amending and supplementing a number of provisions of Decree No. 32/2017/ND-CP dated March 31, 2017 of the Government on State Investment Credit. Under the cooperation agreement, VDB is expected to provide financing of approximately VND 608 billion, subject to the company's investment financing needs./.
