VDB-Gia Lai Branch signs credit Agreement to finance social housing Project

On July 24, 2026, in Gia Lai Province, Vietnam Development Bank (VDB) - Gia Lai Branch and Hoai Huong Development Co., Ltd. (Hoai Huong Company) held a signing ceremony for a credit agreement to provide State investment credit financing for the Social Housing project in Bong Son Ward, Hoai Nhon Town (now Bong Son Ward, Gia Lai Province).
Under the credit agreement, VDB – Gia Lai Branch will provide a loan of VND 130 billion to Hoai Huong Company for the implementation of the VND 216.7 billion project. This is the first standalone social housing project in Gia Lai Province. It is also the second project to receive State investment credit financing from VDB – Gia Lai Branch in 2026./.
