VDB's Operation Center I and Vietnam National University, Ha Noi: signing a credit contract

On June 28, 2023, in Hanoi, Operation Center I - Vietnam Development Bank and Vietnam National University, Ha Noi (VNU-Hanoi) have signed a credit contract for National universities development project of Vietnam- component for VNU-Hanoi.
Prof. Dr. Nguyen Hieu - Vice President of VNU-Hanoi, VDB’s Deputy General Director Nguyen Minh Tho and Director of Operation Center I Le Van Nam attended the signing ceremony.
Using the 100 million USD foreign loan on-lent through VDB, the project’s objective is to upgrade teaching and researching’s quality at VNU.
Addressing at the ceremony, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Hieu - VNU Vice President confirmed that training and researching activities are main missions of universities. Getting State’s support to have access to foreign loans to improve teaching quality is the VNU-Hanoi’s honor. VNU-Hanoi committed to using loan proceeds for the right purposes and with the highest efficiency, creating core quality values for the school and society./.
