Signing on-lending contract of foreign loan for the national universities development project of Vietnam

On June 15, 2023, at its office, Operation Center II - Vietnam Development Bank signed with Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City (VNUHCM) the on-lending contract of foreign loan for National universities development project of Vietnam- component for VNUHCM.
Prof. Dr. Vu Hai Quan, VNUHCM’s Chancellor, Mr. Trinh Thanh Duong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director in charge of Operation Center II and senior officials of the two parties attended the ceremony
Using the 9.8 million USD foreign loan on-lent through VDB, the project’s objective is to improve teaching and researching’s quality at VNUHCM.
Adressing at the ceremony, Dr. Vu Hai Quan committed to use the loan proceeds at its most effectiveness, creating significant value to society, especially for Ho Chi Minh City and the East region./.
