Signed investment credit contracts to finance electricity and clean water projects

On May 13, 2025, in Hanoi, VDB’s Operation Centers I and EVNNPT, AquaOne Group have held a signing ceremony of credit contracts to implement electricity and clean water supply projects eligible to State investment credit.
High ranking representatives of those organizations have attended the ceremony.
The project to upgrade Hoa Binh 500 kV transformer station aims to meet with demand from the 500 kV power transmission, a vital role in power transmission line scheme from power centers, large power productions and loops in the Northern and Southern regions. The VND 523.9 billion contract is a result of the Memorandum of Understanding signed between VDB and EVNNPT.
Xuan Mai water supply system construction project - Component of clean water transmission pipeline and booster pumping station project with a water transmission capacity of 300,000 m3/day and night for the first phase (of which phase 1A is 150,000 m3/day and night). Once completed, this component project will provide clean water for the Southwest area of Hanoi, contributing to improving people's living conditions, promoting the socio-economic development of the Capital in general and the project area in particular. According to the contract, this project got a state investment credit loan of VND 317.2 billion, accounting for 40% of the total investment of phase 1A of the project./.
