Transaction Office II, under the agreement, will provide a credit facility of VND 1,600 billion to support Viên An Ca Mau Energy Company in developing the Vien An Wind Power Plant. Speaking at the event, Mr. Trịnh Thanh Dương, Director of Transaction Office II, emphasized:
