VDB AND AQUA ONE SIGN COOPERATION AGREEMENT ON STATE INVESTMENT CREDIT FINANCING

On November 4, 2025, in Hanoi, the Vietnam Development Bank (VDB) and Aqua One Joint Stock Company (Aqua One Group) held a Signing Ceremony of the Cooperation Agreement on State investment credit financing. The event marked a significant milestone in the strategic partnership between the two organizations, aiming to promote infrastructure investment, clean energy development, and sustainable economic growth.
The ceremony was attended by leaders of VDB; the founder and leaders of Aqua One Group, Aqua One Water Joint Stock Company and their partners.
According to the terms of agreement, both parties agreed to strengthen coordination in the appraisal and financing of effective investment projects aligned with the Government’s socio-economic development orientations.
VDB committed to considering the provision of State investment credit financing with a total amount of nearly VND 30,000 billion for projects implemented by Aqua One Joint Stock Company (Aqua One Group) and its member units during the period 2025–2036.
Both parties identify each other as comprehensive cooperation partners, wishing to develop collaboration in areas consistent with their respective capacities, strategies, and strengths. The parties are committed to maintaining a long-term and effective partnership, aiming for the continued growth of VDB and AQUA ONE Group, thereby making a positive contribution to the country’s socio-economic development./.
