VDB finances Hoanh Son international general port

On June 30th, 2016, VDB’s Ha Tinh branch has signed a credit contract with Hoanh Son port joint stock company (under Hoanh Son Group) to finance nearly VND900 billion for Hoanh Son international general port project.
Located on an area of 17ha of Ky Loi commune, Ky Anh town, Ha Tinh province, the project including an wharf and a logistic area, will be able to berth 40.000 DW ships and 4.000 TEUs container ships with a total expected annual capacity of 2.3 million tonnes.
Hoanh Son international general port project has total investment of VND1.410 trillion, of which VND899.970 funded through VDB Ha Tinh under the form of state investment credit with 12 years maturity and 2 years of grace.
Addressing at the signing ceremony, Mr Pham Hoanh Son, Hoanh Son JSC Chairman of the Board of Management has expressed thanks to VDB’s Ha Tinh branch for its financing. He committed to use funds for the right purposes of implementing the project effectively and as the schedule./.
