With the theme of “Loan restructuring and recovery management”, there were participants of 9 AEBF members, along with 6 other banks and institutions as invited guests (Bank of the Lao PDR, Ministry of Commerce Bangladesh, Khan Bank of Mongolia, Export-Import Bank of Sri Lanka, Cham Bank of Syria and National Bank of Uzbekistan). Vietnam Development Bank assigned 3 delegates to participate.
Through 2 days of the training program, participants had the chance to study on loan restructuring and recovery with Mr. Karunanidhy- main speaker. There were also presentations including practices and case studies on the same topic, shared by guest speakers from Export- Import Bank of China, Export- Import Bank of Malaysia, Asian Development Bank and Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC).
After the training, there were a lot of knowledge as well as practical experiences on loan restructuring and recovery management successfully delivered to the participants. All AEBF members look forward to other trainings in the near future./.
