Signing Ceremony of Credit Loan Agreement for the Project on Renovation and Capacity Expansion of the Water Supply System in Cao Bang

On December 26, 2025, in Cao Bang, the Vietnam Development Bank (VDB) – Bac Dong Bac Regional Branch organized the signing ceremony of a State Investment Credit loan agreement for the implementation of the Project on Renovation and Capacity Expansion of the Water Supply System (the Project) in Nuoc Hai Town, Hoa An District with Cao Bang Water Supply Single-Member Limited Liability Company.
The Project is invested by Cao Bang Water Supply Single-Member Limited Liability Company, with a total investment capital of VND 18,239 million, of which the loan from VDB amounts to VND 12,767 million. The Project aims to renovate and expand the capacity of the water supply system in Nuoc Hai Township from 600 to 3,000 cubic meters per day and night. It is implemented at the Nuoc Hai Township Water Supply Station, Da Huong Area, Hoa An Commune, Cao Bang Province.
Once completion, the Project will meet the increasing demand for clean water of local residents, businesses, and organizations in Hoa An Commune, contributing to socio-economic development and improving the living standards of people in the area./.
