VDB's General Director appointed

On June 7, 2019, Prime Minister signed Decision No.696/QD-TTg to appoint the position of General Director of Vietnam Development Bank (VDB).
Accordingly, Mr. Dao Quang Truong, member of Board of Directors and Acting General Director of VDB has been appointed as General Director of VDB since June 7,2019.
Mr. Dao Quang Truong has been assigned as Acting General Director of VDB and temporarily in charge of VDB’s Board of management since October 1, 2017 after retirement of Mr. Tran Ba Huan, former VDB’s General Director.
The appointment decision is very meaningful in the context that VDB is going through an organizational and personnel restructure and policies improvement by the government./.
