VDB financing to "Rubber tree plantation" project

On July, 24th 2017, Quang Binh branch of the Vietnam Development Bank signed a credit contract to provide loan for the project "Rubber tree plantation and farming" owned by Le Ninh Ltd Company– in Quang Binh province.
The Project aiming to plant and farm 450 ha of rubber tree, has total investment of over VND 116 billion (excluding VAT), of which VDB’s financing represents VND 81.6 billion with 12-year period tenor.
The project will create about 300-350 long-term jobs, contributing to increase incomes for labor force in the project area, especially for ethnic minorities. It will ensure ecological environment for watershed forest, fully exploit the potential of untapped - fallow lands. /.
