Let me congratulate you and your esteemed bank on the succcess of the 38th ADFIAP Annual Meeting in Nha Trang on May 13-15th 2015.
The topic of the 38th ADFIAP Annual Meeting “DFIs & Sustainable Infrastructure: Policy Framework, Operational Best Practices and Chanllenges” absolutely corresponded to the top priorities of the participating institutions and allowed the delegates to share their best pratices in this sphere.
Undoubtedly, Vietnam plays an increasingly important role in the Asia Pacific Region, and VDB’s hosting this important event is still another convincing proof of this fact. I also believe that the Memorandum of Understanding signed on May 13th 2015 by me and Mr.Tran Ba Huan, General Director of VDB, will play a sound foundation for future cooperation both between our two banks as well as between Russia and Vietnam. In this regard, Vnesheconombank is ready to start considering joint projects and possible areas of cooperation should VDB be ready to propose such.
The last but not least, I would like to mention the considerable expertise of your team who has been working hard to make this big international event go so smoothly and on the very high level. Vnesheconombank’s delegation was also impressed by the beauty of your country, a modern tourist area of Nha Trang and the wonderful Amina Resort chosen as a venue for 38th ADFIAP Annual Meeting.
