Foreign exchange operations approval for VDB

October 27th, 2017, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Decision No. 2265/QD-NHNN approving foreign exchange activities for Vietnam Development Bank (VDB).
Accordingly, the SBV Governor approved the revision of Decision No.108/2006/QD-TTg of May 19th, 2006 issued on May 19th, 2006 granted to Vietnam Development Bank as follows: “Trading and providing foreign exchange services in the domestic and international market within the scope stipulated by the SBV”.
In the course of conducting foreign exchange activities, VDB must strictly abide by the current regulations on foreign exchange management and relevant law provisions.
This Decision took effect from the date of signing and shall replace the previously approved documents on foreign exchange activities./.
