Dong Nai 2 hydropower Plant project approved to be funded by State investment credit

The Prime Minister has given opinion to Trung Nam Power Co.’s request for an additional loan representing 50% of the total investment of Dong Nai 2 hydropower Plant project.
Accordingly, after having consulted SBV, MOIT, MOF, MPI and the Vietnam Development Bank (VDB), the PM accepted VDB to extend an additional loan to Trung Nam Power Company to implement the Dong Nai 2 hydropower project. The loan will be made with state investment credit terms and conditions.
The loan amount is up to 50% of total investment value of the project.
MOIT is assigned by the PM to steer and monitor Trung Nam Company to complete the project with efficiently and in time in the second quarter of 2014./.
