The Vietnam Development Bank’s Operation Center I and Phuong Dong medical complex Ltd.Company on 12th August, 2015, in Ha Noi, have signed a credit contract to provide capital for the Phuong Dong general hospital project.

Located on an area of 9,5 ha, Phuong Dong Medical Complex Project (INTRACOM 9) is a high quality, international - standard hospital to be built in Co Nhue commune, Tu Liem district, Hanoi city. The project has a scale of 1000 beds and will be implemented in stages.
The project has many components to be constructed, namely: main building, plastic and physical therapy center, training center, inpatient house, rehabiliation area, surgical department and funeral home.
Aiming to make health care accessible to everyone, besides high quality medical services for high-income, the hospital will reserve 30% of its profit to pay for poor, policy and low-income patients health care service.
The first stage of the project will be done with 250 beds with a total investment of VND 938.383 billion of which VDB financing represents VND 572 billion. It is expected to be completed and come into operation in the first quarter of  2017./.
