Appointment of VDB's new Chairman of Board of directors

Prime Minister has appointed Mr. Luong Hai Sinh as Vietnam Development Bank (VDB)’s Chairman of Board of Directors.
Mr. Huynh Quang Hai – Deputy Minister of Finance – grants the Appointment Decision to Mr. Luong Hai Sinh – VDB Chairman
On October 16, 2019, Prime Minister issued Decision No.1399/QD-TTg on appointment of Mr. Luong Hai Sinh as Chairman of the VDB’s Board of Directors.Prior to this appointment, Mr. Luong Hai Sinh was a Board member, General Director of Vietnam Debt and Asset Trading Corporation under the Ministry of Finance.
The decision takes effect from the date of signing./.
