Inauguration of workers housing facility at Linh Trung II Export Processing Zone

A housing facility for workers owned and developed by Thien Phat Company (a joint stock company working on tourism, service, production) was inaugurated on December 12th, 2014 at Linh Trung II Export Processing Zone (Binh Chieu Ward, Thu Duc District, Ho Chi Minh City).
The project has a total investment of VND152 billion, out of which VND 105 billion was financed by VDB state investment credit. After 18 months, the project was completed with two 9 floors building A1 and A2 consisting in total 414 comfortable appartments. It is expected to meet with the housing demand of more than 2.400 workers. Residents will enjoy a modern elevator system, convenient inter-facility connection roads… Furthermore, there is a national standard - nursery school for worker’s children.
At the inauguration ceremony, the investor commits to house-renting price, living conditions affordable for workers for a long term residence./.
